Se trata de un curso en el que participará una delegación de destacados juristas, abogados, jueces, funcionarios, profesores de derecho de la Universidad Católica junto con investigadores de Unidos por la Justicia. Se trata de un symposio que es el producto de una iniciativa colaborativa entre varias instituciones de Argentina y el Centro de Derecho y Políticas Públicas de la Florida Coastal School of Law.
Se espera que este curso sirva como un programa piloto que puede ser extendido en el futuro a otros paises en América del Sur y Centroamérica para la educación legal en Estados Unidos.
Entre las instituciones participantes se encuentra el Ministerio de Justicia, Seguridad y Derechos Humanos, la Universidad Católica Argentina, la Universidad de Buenos Aires, la Defensoría General de la Nación, junto con Unidos por la Justicia.
